As a newly opened property, Aiden Darling Harbour set itself the goal of providing its guests with a modern and technologically advanced stay experience representing the latest in guest safety and convenience.

With the implementation of VingCard Essence, Aiden Darling Harbour benefits from the industry’s highest standard in hotel security, with features that include advanced RFID data encryption to eliminate the risk of keycard cloning. Consisting of one hallway-facing panel and another within the guestroom, VingCard Allure also boosts guest privacy and convenience by allowing them to post ‘do-not-disturb’ or ‘make up room’ notifications without having to open the door.
With Liverton serving as a Certified Partner, Mobile Access by ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is made available to the property’s guests via the Liverton guest-facing mobile app. With Mobile Access, guests can effortlessly check-in and gain instant access to guestrooms using personal devices as a secure digital key. By also integrating its VingCard locks with Liverton’s self check-in kiosk technology, the hotel can further provide another hassle-free and intuitive alternative to the check-in/out process. Guests using the kiosks can sidestep front desk lines by instantly being issued their room key. This not only streamlines guest experiences and removes obstacles preventing guests from immediately enjoying their stay, but also represents significant time-savings for hotel staff by eliminating several routine check-in processes.
With the integration of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions technology with Telkonet’s Eco Touch+ thermostats and EcoCentral advanced energy management system, Aiden Darling Harbour is able to instantly and automatically detect room occupancy status in real-time. This provides the ability for in-room amenities such as thermostats or lighting to be adjusted to energy-saving levels once a room becomes vacant, while automatically re-adjusting settings once a guest enters to ensure continued comfort.
