Solution

By deploying digital wallet-compatible Mobile Access, Club Quarters can achieve its goal of providing guests with a touchless arrival experience. Without needing to visit the front desk, travelers can instantly add room key to their digital wallet on a personal device for secure storage and convenient use. Digitalized room keys are automatically activated once a guest checks-in electronically and are ready to use as soon as a room becomes available. Further enhancing guest convenience are features allowing guests to sidestep the need to unlock a personal device before being able to use their room key.  Guests can also avoid the risk of being locked out of their room when their device needs to be recharged for up to five hours.

Club Quarters guests seeking to add a room key to their digital wallet can avoid the need to download a separate mobile app before being able to use the feature. With web provisioning, guests can instead receive and add their digital key to Apple Wallet by clicking on a link in their check-in confirmation email.

Mobile Access with digital wallet compatibility is enabled by the cloud-based Vostio Access Management system.
