Opened to guests on September, 2021, Indigo Jiuzhai Hotel is centrally located within the new life business circle in Zhongchagou (also known as the place where the condor landed) in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province in China.  The region is recognized for connecting the paradise on earth: Jiuzhaigou, the "Nen En Sangcuo" Immortal Pond, the Ganhaizi Love Sea, the colorful Zhongcha and other beautiful scenery.

Challenge:

With each guest room offering a unique experience, Indigo Jiuzhai Hotel prioritized delivering consistent guest safety and comfort in each room. The property desired a solution that could enhance hotel security and offer additional safety measures at a guest’s convenience.

Solution:

To address security needs, the property installed VingCard Signature RFID locks across a total of 200 rooms. By implementing VingCard Signature RFID, Indigo Jiuzhai Hotel can benefit from an advanced solution that can eliminate the risk of unauthorized keycard cloning while enhancing the hotel’s security. Once demographic needs or brand requirements change, Indigo Jiuzhai Hotel can simply activate Mobile Access in order to provide guests with the ability to use personal devices as a secure guestroom key.
