Situated within an 18^th century palace in the heart of Poland’s capital, Hotel Verte, Warsaw, is a high-end luxury property and a member of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. While offering an elegant and classic atmosphere, the property nevertheless seeks to provide its guests with the latest services, amenities and technology.

Challenge:

Hotel Verte, Warsaw, desired a door lock solution representing the latest capabilities in industry security and guest convenience. At the same time, the hotel sought out a solution that could seamlessly blend in and accentuate the property’s elegant design.

Solution:

With the implementation of VingCard Allure, Hotel Verte gains advanced data encryption abilities that protect against the risk of unauthorized room access, while the solution’s customizable LED panel aligns perfectly with the property’s interior décor. Unlike traditional hotel door locks that are typically bulky and have an unmistakable commercial appearance, VingCard Allure’s sleek LED panel can be tailored using virtually limitless design and color options and even provides the choice to include a brand’s logo. Additionally offering a wide range of door handle design options for hoteliers to select from, VingCard Allure’s adoption by Hotel Verte further involved the implementation of high-end Valli & Valli handles that serve to boost the property’s refined style.

VingCard Allure also provides Hotel Verte with the ability to enhance guest experiences with the availability of Mobile Access. Guests staying at the property that use the feature can notably avoid check-in wait times by instead using their personal devices as a secure digital key in order to gain instant room access. Once a guest checks-in electronically, Mobile Access transmits digital key data using encrypted communication channels, ensuring that enhanced guest convenience doesn’t come at the cost of a reduction in hotel security.

In addition to being enabled with Mobile Access, the hotel’s VingCard Allure locks have also been integrated with the property’s own guestroom-facing interactive panels. This allows guests to effortlessly post do not disturb notifications without having to leave the privacy and safety of their room.
